SATYA YOGA

ABOUT

I offer classes where students can relax and clear their minds, while still being challenged. I love blending different worlds of movement to deliver what the physical body needs.

When I first began my yoga journey in 2006, I moved through daily life with constant back pain. I had scoliosis and poor posture that could be observed in the way I walked. Yoga freed me of that and showed me benefits far beyond just physical.

I completed my initial teacher training in 2010 with Yoga Tree. I've expanded on my education with various styles and teachers in Canada and India. Ongoing learning is a commitment to my students and my personal yoga journey.

My passion for helping others inspires me to hold space for fun, creative and safe practices that accommodate every individual yogi.

How To Practice

Private

Private classes are the best way to deepen your practice. Hands on adjustment is irreplaceable and often accompanied by essential oils if desired. Classes are curated to meet your specific needs. A private session can be any style or a blend of different movements. Practice self care, self study, and build upon skills that compliment and balance everything else you do.

Group

Share the energy with others, while still receiving individual attention.  Groups can be semi- private with 2 people, or be as large as you would like, dependent on space. If space outside of your home is required we can discuss options.

Zoom

Take a self care hour and practice with me anywhere. Receive a practice tailored to you, with feedback and verbal adjustments. All you need is a mat and access to Skype or FaceTime
