Hatha
Hatha is purely the physical practice of yoga postures, not neccesarily a certain style. Just move through the postures that suit your individual practice best. Align and calm body and mind.
Pilates

Preformed on a mat, Pilates is a low impact method of exercise designed to strengthen muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. It is a full body workout with a strong core focus.
A Pilates mat required.
