I want to deliver the best class possible to you based on your health, history, and goals. 

There is no commitment required  for our first class together.

 

To reserve the class time you select after our first in person session, I ask for a minimum commitment of 5 classes, paid in advance.

 

Class cancellations with less than 24 hours noticed will be charged.
